ANABEC ADVANCED CLEANING SOLUTION

Advanced Cleaning Solution is a patented cleaning product and the cornerstone in the Anabec System of products. Advanced Cleaning Solution has been applied to thousands of institutions, homes and industrial facilities for both microbial contamination and general cleaning applications.
When coupled with mechanical action for maximum material penetration, this clear formula removes organic debris left by microbial organisms. The product leaves an extremely clean surface that can then be treated with a microbial barrier or penetrant product such as Anasphere or X-70 Plus, respectively.
FEATURES:

- Low viscocity for application via airless sprayer, foggers or by hand.

Applications include porous and non-porous building materials such as structural framing, cement, block, unfinished drywall. It is also suitable for most interior finished materials such as carpeting, upholstery, ceiling tiles, wood, brick, finished drywall and other related materials.
When applied by a trained Anabec Applicator and used in conjunction with Anasphere or X-70 Plus warranties may apply.

ANABEC X-70 MOLD BARRIER COATING

Anabec's X-70 Plus is a microbial barrier product specifically designed for application to unfinished building surfaces, including wood fibers, brick, block and unfinished drywall, among others. The product uses nano-technology which allows the active ingredients in X-70 Plus to penetrate a materials surface.
Application of X-70 Plus, following the cleaning of the surface with Anabec's Advances Cleaning Solution, results in an extremely durable barrier which resists moisture, mold and mildew growth.

ANABEC X-90 SUPER WHITE BARRIER COATING
|
Anabec X-90 is a solid white moisture barrier product specifically designed for application to unfinished building surfaces, including but not limited to framing lumber, plywood, OSB, brick, block and unfinished drywall. The solid white finish blocks evidence of staining from mold contamination.The product uses nano-technology which allows the ingredients in X-90 to penetrate a materials surface. Application of X-90, following the cleaning of the surface with Anabec's Advanced Cleaning Solution results in an extremely durable physical barrier which resists moisture uptake in the material. X-90 is available in 5 gallon ready to use pails.

ANASPHERE DISINFECTANT
|
Anasphere represents the next generation in hygiene technology. It is a non-toxic disinfectant, sanitizer and deodorizer, proven to eliminate and protect thousands of surfaces from a variety of microbial organisms (fungi, bacteria and viruses) including Aspergillus niger, H1N1, E. coli, Influenza, Listeria, Salmonella, MRSA, HIV-1 and many more.
The disinfectant in Anasphere is coupled with an organic polymer that provides long term staying power, so surfaces stay cleaner long. The polymer technology is supported by Byotrol Technology Ltd.

Anabec Inc.’s Anasphere product has a four stage effect on micro-organisms using changes in surface tension as the basis of their attack.
- Anasphere component biocides attack micro-organisms on a surface as soon as the product is applied.
- Anasphere then conditions the surfaces such as walls or tables, before additional microorganisms land, making it more difficult for the micro-organisms to settle on the surface, attach, and reproduce.
- When micro-organisms secrete material in an attempt to form a Biofilm, the compounds are all disrupted by the pervading surface tension regime, making it much more difficult for the organisms to form a firm attachment to the surface.
- The micro-organisms, in their weakened state, succumb to Anasphere’s residual biocidal action provided by its component biocides. These are not aggressive chemical compounds, but when acting on a micro-organism they cause the organisms’ membrane to burst before it has a chance to reproduce.

NewBuild 50 is a microbial barrier that gets under the skin of new building materials to protect new projects before microbial contamination can start. Designed exclusively for the new construction industry, this translucent product forms a penetrating (rather than coating), moisture barrier which is resistant to the growth of mold and mildew. NewBuild 50 resists water, bonds to surfaces, won’t wash off and can be painted over. Like X-70 Plus this product uses nano-technology which allows the active ingredients in NewBuild 50 to penetrate a material's surface.

AnaFresh is a cost effective concentrated deodorizer that is a safe and effective tool for eliminating tough odors caused by disasters. The concentrate is designed to target and completely neutralize the odors left behind by fires, smoke, flooding, mold and mildew. AnaFresh is formulated with a proprietary blend of 100% Biodegradable essential oils, is water soluble and has a neutral pH. The product is safe for use on all types of finished and unfinished building materials, furnishings and textiles.
